1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

The sponsor of this giveaway is Sailfish Boats, located at 2501 Industrial Park Dr, Cairo, GA 39828.

3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway is limited to specific boat shows and is only eligible for entry during the dates of each specific boat show.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the giveaway by signing up at the Sailfish Boats booth during eligible boat shows. Only one (1) submission per event is allowed to be entered.

5. Prizes

Two (2) Boat Care Kits will be awarded per boat show. The retail value of each prize is $209.00. Each winner can only win one (1) boat care kit prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the specific boat show. Winners will be notified at the conclusion of each boat show.

7. Prize Redemption

Winners must claim their prize within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

9. Limitations of Liability

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway.
